Hello all! Today I wanted to show you some other garden happenings...we
are growing things other than pumpkins...lol! Tomorrow I should have some treasures to show you. I picked up one thing at the Salvation Army on Monday but still need to take a pic. So on with the garden pictures.
Beef Steak Tomatoes
Yellow Mexican Hot Peppers
A shabby sunflower (that the birds planted in the crack on the patio)
next to my shabby/chippy pink lawn chair.
One of my frogs at the pond. They get comfortable
with people as the summer goes on.
Hope you are all enjoying your summer so far! Have a great day and hugs!
Kim

Awesome frog! I recently discovered we've got a frog living in the ground in one of our window wells. From my basement window, I always check to see if he's there when I'm doing laundry. :o)
Hi Kim, Love your random shots! I played your tag on my post this evening! Hope your weekend is great!
I got home from vacation and all of a sudden I have two big ol' sun flowers growing like crazy! We're having a terrible time with beetles this year - they're eating the leaves on all the trees AND my geraniums! I have a hard enough time not killing things all on my own, I don't need their help! Blessings... Polly
Yum, love garden tomatoes. Ours didn't do so well this summer, but we have corn growing! We also have pattypan squash, but I don't know what to do with it! I thought I planted Italian squash, so you can imagine my surprise when round white scalloped things appeared in place of my long green smooth zucchini! Love your froggie!
I love your little frog friend...and the shabby flower...that's funny!
Very pretty pics. I love your frogs. Iwoudl love to ahve a few in my yard to eat the bugs! Jen R

Hi Kim... thanks for the visit and sweet comment! Susie h~
Your garden looks great! We had a random sunflower pop up as well!
I am a big fan of fresh tomatoes. They are great in grilled cheese, sliced on pizza and with balsamic vinegar.

Do the frogs make their frog sounds all night long? I remember them from my childhood. This is our first home without a pond or a pool so not too many frogs hanging out @ our house. Just snakes and very large spiders! ;)
I think I posted on the wrong post... but it's OK, because I've also enjoyed seeing all your lovely pics on previous post; love all your garden pics.... :)

I'll have one of those green tomatoes please ! I love fried green tomatoes. LOL
That is a nice garden, I'm jealous. I don't have any spots sunny enough for a veggie garden. xo, suzy
